SHIPPING POLICY

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Processing: orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Delivery: most orders arrive in 7-12 business days. Some items ship from our international partner warehouses, so delivery can occasionally take a few extra days during holidays or customs checks.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Not happy with your purchase? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective item: send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to send it back.

Changed your mind: return the item unused and in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. To start a return, use the contact form on our Customer Service page with your order number.
